Peak Cash Offers, is a high standard real estate investment company located in Miami, Florida. They are on pace to do over 100+ deals this year at a revenue of 2M+. Over the past year, Peak Cash Offers has been heavily dependent on flipping, hedge fund buyers, and traditional wholesale. However, they have recently transitioned to wholesaling on the MLS, and it has added massive value to their business.
